closes #359

Description

This pull request addresses a critical security vulnerability within the official documentation website. Currently, the website contains a link to a Telegram channel named scroll_tech_updates. However, this link is non-functional and results in a message indicating that the channel does not exist.

Changes

Deleted the non-functional Telegram channel link (scroll_tech_updates) from the official documentation website.
Malicious actors could create a Telegram channel with the same name, misleading users into believing it is the official channel. This deception could facilitate the spread of fraudulent information or malicious links.

Protected Reputation: Eliminating the possibility of fraudulent activities associated with an official-looking channel helps maintain and strengthen user trust.

Prevented Potential Scams: Users are safeguarded from being redirected to scam pages that could compromise their funds and sensitive information.
